Concept
One of the largest new developments in Asia with approximately 2 million sq, ft. of production areas. Originally designed to meet the LEED Campus rating but eventually the certification was not sought. This project has its own massive power generation supplying the various functions like knitting, dying and garmenting faciltieis.
LEED Accreditation
This project was designed to meet the requirements of the LEED Campus Rating of the USGBC but finally the certification was not sought.
