DISCRIPTION OF THE SITE
Interloop Limited is forerunner in the world of hosiery and this project is their first venture into the Denim Industry. It boasts the latest machinery with approximately 750,000 sq. ft. of factory floor space.
The implemented design went through many phases of research and design development with the Client Team.
This is a LEED Platinum rated project of the USGBC
CONCEPT
The Design was a step away from the standard factory look, whereby a few independent buildings within the property was individually developed to give its own character. The overall design connects each particular building with façade colour, height, subtle character merging and the gardens.
