PROJECT DESCRIPTION & CONCEPT
Mansel is a pharmaceutical products imports company with a rich history. They wanted to move their operations to Kelaniya due to the ease of logistics of imports and distribution. The site faces the Biyagama road and bund of the Kelaniya River.
The design had many constraints however we developed an iconic façade which is specially designed for Mansel based on a ‘Barcode envelope’ which starkly highlights the building against the ad-hoc architecture and the natural setting of the river
