DESCRIPTION OF SITE
Being a contoured site in a suburban area having extensive green cover, it was an ideal setting to use both the features to inculcate in the building design and usage.
CONCEPT
Located on the top of a hill the project faced many challenges in both infrastructural and technological developments to achieve the final successful completion.
This project also houses the improvements to the Dialog Satellite Television facilities with Sri Lanka’s largest Satellite Dishes owned by Dialog and Dish Farm meeting the extremely high security and secrecy requirements associated with same.
