PROJECT DESCRIPTION & CONCEPT
In close proximity to Main Kandy-Colombo main road located in a secluded residential area and within a 15 minute drive to the heart of Kandy City.
The site has two roads on either side but has only access from one side. The site is triangular in shape and has views towards two mountain ranges, one being the Knuckles range.
There was no special concept as such for the design as we had to maximize on the parking and possible maximum number of apartments.
We arrived at 14 easy-park vehicles and 14 apartments for the project. Client was also in line with the thoughts that we should not tax the site and the residential context beyond it’s limitations.
We have accommodated a swimming pool, gymnasium and club house at the roof top whereby every resident can enjoy the splendid 360 degree views of the mountains.
