About Us

ISS Architects (Pvt) Ltd. was founded in 2020 with a partnership between Chartered Architects Indika and Samanthi Samarasinghe. Our boutique firm provides a full range of Architectural and Consortium Consultancy Services for our clientele in all types and categories of buildings of any scale, from renovations, extensions to new projects, from idealization, providing oversight through to the completion of construction.

We are based in Sri Lanka rendering our services to many countries. We customize each project for our clients’ unique needs understanding that the theory and application is different for each scenario. Some of the projects featured herein were worked under the flagship of IW Associates (Pvt) Ltd. which was dissolved in 2019.

We are the architects responsible for the Brandix Green Factory in Seeduwa becoming the first apparel manufacturing facility in the world to be rated Platinum under the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building rating system of the US Green Building Council (USGBC). We also designed the first Green Building of Pakistan for the Artistic Millers Group which received the LEED Gold Certification. Our experience in the variety and scale of projects handled has given us the confidence to take on any prospective projects.

We indulge and uphold the highest ethics in the industry and strive to provide the best of Architectural design and Project Management whilst being both cost and environmentally conscious. We provide either Architectural or Consortium services as the projects and clients needs vary. In addition, we have a pool of allied professionals from whom we choose as appropriate for the context and scale of each project.
